Over two decades of practice, Greg’s path from litigator to deal maker has evolved organically through deep client relationships and his curiosity of markets. Starting in complex commercial litigation, Greg discovered that he instinctively favored pragmatic solutions rather than prolonged conflicts. That approach led his litigation clients to seek broader counsel with their business ventures and real estate transactions, and his practice naturally expanded to meet their growing needs.

Today, Greg represents businesses and individuals across diverse industries, from aviation and hospitality to construction, agriculture, and real estate development. He serves as general counsel to many of these clients, providing day-to-day guidance on issues ranging from corporate governance and employment matters to contract negotiations and growth strategies and risk assessment. Additionally, he works in the areas of venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. Greg is also a licensed title agent, and handles residential and commercial real estate transactions, offering clients end-to-end support throughout their real estate ventures.

Greg has a deep interest in markets, economics, and business dynamics. He thinks like an owner, because he is an owner and approaches all matters with this simple mantra – work with all stakeholders to create a path to close the deal, and never stand in the way of it.
